Lindsey Fisher is a Managing Director in Stout’s Intellectual Property group, where she advises clients and counsel on complex financial, accounting, valuation, and damages matters. She has over 20 years of experience as a litigation consultant and damages expert and has worked on more than 100 intellectual property matters. She is an experienced testifying expert and has been qualified as an expert in numerous U.S. federal courts.
Ms. Fisher has worked on disputes involving patent, trademark, trade dress, and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, valuation, and indemnity matters. Her industry experience includes automotive, biotech, telecommunications, utilities, fashion, consumer goods, e-commerce, financial institutions, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and others.
She is a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Licensing Professional and is recognized in the IAM Patent 1000 as a leading patent professional.
