Jason C. Gish is a partner at TLG Law LLC and is outside general counsel to the Robotics and AI Institute. He has over 25 years of experience representing technology-based businesses, with a focus on negotiating complex commercial transactions involving technology and intellectual property. He began his career at Wilmer Hale and Foley Hoag and later served as associate general counsel for Fresenius Medical Care, an international medical device and services company. He also clerked for the Honorable Alvin A. Schall of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is a frequent speaker and panelist on topics related to intellectual property, licensing, software as a service, open-source software and artificial intelligence, and has been recognized by Boston Magazine as a Top Lawyer. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is co-chair of the Boston Chapter of LES and serves on the governing council of the Boston Bar Association.
