Jake Greenberg is a Senior Manager of Business Development and Licensing at Carnegie Mellon University’s Center for Technology Transfer and Enterprise Creation (CTTEC), where he assists in the evaluation, protection, and commercialization of CMU developed technologies across the engineering field. He works directly with Carnegie Mellon faculty and research teams to assess invention disclosures, develop IP protection strategies, negotiate licenses, and support the launch of Carnegie Mellon spinout companies. Drawing on his background as a registered patent attorney and his 7+ year experience in university tech transfer, Jake integrates scientific, legal, and business perspectives to guide early stage innovations toward impactful real world deployment.
