Christopher M. Turoski is Director of Patent Law Programs at the University of Minnesota and an intellectual property and technology counsel focused on commercialization, licensing, governance, and enterprise value strategy. He previously served in senior intellectual property leadership roles at Cargill, including as Vice President of CAN Technologies, Inc., where he led global intellectual property strategy, technology transactions, licensing, and commercialization initiatives across multinational operations. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, patent monetization, cross-border licensing, and governance issues involving technology-driven businesses. Christopher also advises technology and venture-backed organizations on intellectual property strategy, commercialization, and governance matters during company growth and capital formation. He is a registered patent attorney, author of multiple intellectual property treatises published by Thomson Reuters, and has been recognized in the IAM Strategy 300.
