Nicole serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Two River Bio. She previously served as Principal at Two River, where she provided legal and operational support to Two River and its portfolio companies. Prior to joining Two River, Nicole was Special Counsel at Cooley LLP, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions and advised clients on a broad range of securities and general corporate matters. Nicole received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, M.S.F.S from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service and B.A. from McGill University.
