Michelle van Oppen is Senior Counsel, Legal Affairs and Litigation at Paramount Skydance Corporation (n/k/a Skydance Corporation). Michelle advises businesses across Paramount, focusing on commercial disputes and intellectual property matters. In this role, she manages ongoing and threatened litigation and coordinates discovery activities. Prior to joining Paramount, Michelle was a managing associate in the commercial litigation group of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. She also worked for the judiciary at Los Angeles Superior Court. Michelle is a graduate of USC Gould School of Law and UC Santa Barbara.
